- You may cancel your order at any time BEFORE shipment
- Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL except for items that have been damaged or any defective materials. If your item is damaged or defective, you can provide you a new item or a store credit.
- If your is defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the damage and/or defect then we will be happy to correct the issue.
