7 gifts for moms that are not baby-related
Buying gifts for new moms that aren’t baby-related and that she is guaranteed to love just got easier with these 7 ideas.
Parents of newborns are often given everything they need to celebrate and take care of their new little one. From cute little onesies to stacks of much-needed pampers, baby items can quickly take over their home.
It’s easy to overlook the woman who just carried and delivered the little one.
Even though it’s easy to only ask about the baby, don’t ignore showering the new momma with love too. She needs her community and support now more than ever.

C’mon, let’s be real. If a mom with a newborn could have anything on a registry, it would be sleep, sleep, and more sleep. But since we cannot put sleep into a cute gift bag, finding the right gift to shower the new momma that is NOT baby-related isn’t always easy.
Clothes are out. No momma needs a reminder of a changing body with clothes that are too small, too tight, or make her feel blah. Plus, who wants to talk about size after having a baby?!?!
Time makes a difference too. I don’t know a new momma with extra time on her hands. With a new baby, she barely has time for a shower. The best gifts help her save time and make the most of the time she has.
As a momma who had three fellas five and under, I am truly appreciative for those who stepped in to shower me with gifts picked out just for me. Gifts that helped me remember to practice self-care, to focus on my mental health, and feed my spirit. Intentional gifts that helped me serve my family from overflow.
If you have a momma in your life with a new little one, even if this is baby number three, shower her with non-baby related gifts.
A non-baby gifts for a new mom is beneficial for her health, wellness, and overall happiness. So be sure to celebrate her too.

Send meals using UberEats, HelloFresh, or DoorDash goes a long way to help a mom with a little one. Remember, gift cards to these places also help.
